VILLAGE HALL CLOSURE

In view of the potential seriousness of the COVID-19 situation, the Wartling Village Hall Management Committee (WVHT) have decided that the Reid Hall will be closed completely until the end of April. 

After that it will be a rolling decision depending on developments.

 

We thank you all for your co operation at this difficult time, and wish to you all to stay safe and well.

Coronavirus Update:

The Wartling Village Hall Trustees have decided to postpone the Cheese and Wine evening that was due to be held on March 19th until further notice, as well as the preceding AGM.

Those who have purchased tickets can ask for a refund or, alternatively, the Trustees will hold their money on account until another event is held in the future.

The financial statements and annual report will  be published on the Hall website - http://www.reidhallborehamstreet.co.uk/

The Village Hall will remain open for the present. The Trustees are in regular communication with regular hirers and and will be following advice from Public Health England and the NHS. The situation changes daily and any news will be published on the website. The Trustees are keen to ensure that, while the Hall is open it is as safe as possible for users.

Please come along and bring all your friends!! if you would like to help on the day or bake a cake please give us a call
and if you cannot attend but would like to make a donation to MacMillan, please place it in an envelope
and leave in the letter box at The Reid Hall marked MacMillan Biggest Coffee Morning in the World!!!!!!!
